I had such a fantastic time in Lindsay Brill's Clown and Improv Workshop. As an artist, I am always looking for new ways to push myself in my creative work. This workshop made me completely come out of my shell in a way that I didn't even know was possible. Now, I feel even more liberated in my acting; learning how to play has seriously transformed the way I perform and approach creativity. This work will stick with me for the rest of my acting career, and I highly encourage any and all artists to take a class with Lindsay! -Ella S.

Lindsay has taught workshops in Acting, Improv, Clown, and Auditioning across a range of settings, including schools, organizations, and corporations.

Experience

Participating in Lindsay's Clown workshop ... was a refreshing and transformative experience for me. Despite entering with limited targeted experience in Clown or performance more generally, I felt comfortable exploring that space among my peers, and supported and encouraged by everyone there. I think her teaching style struck an effective balance between prescriptive ideas/advice and allowing the students to experiment, with useful descriptions of their form after the fact. Her emphasis on being true to oneself as a performer and embracing the imperfection of performance has stuck with me. I think this workshop came at a time where I needed to be reminded of these ideas, and in the time that has transpired since I have aimed to channel them in my everyday life.-Ben K
